With a few days left in 2017, I had a very close family friend reach out about getting some family photos done while all of her children were in town for the holidays.
To say that these are some of my favorite people would be an understatement. I have know this family for over 10 years and they have always treated me as one of their own. I have learned a lot about photography and motherhood from this wonderful mother and feel like I gained a bunch of sisters that I never had.
So when she asked for some family photos I was so happy to jump at the idea… Even though it was 30 degrees outside. As you can tell from the images I’ve shared below, no matter the weather or location, these people share a family bond that some only dream of. They always know how to make the best of any situation and are wonderful people to be in a room with. We didn’t get to pose and play like I typically try to due to the little ones being so so cold but we made the most of what we had and the outcome was beautiful.
It also turns out that it was my last day being pregnant and I am so happy that I got to share it capturing people that I love!
